Layout of tunnel lighting

Because each section of the tunnel has different brightness requirements, the layout of the lamps is also different. The basic sections (inner sections) inside the tunnel are arranged at equal intervals, and the sections at the entrance and exit must be arranged at different intervals according to the brightness requirements and the conditions of the selected lamps.

The choice of tunnel lighting

Traditional lighting sources such as incandescent lamps, metal halide lamps, high-pressure sodium lamps, low-pressure sodium lamps, and high-pressure mercury lamps mostly have problems such as narrow light bands, poor light distribution, high energy consumption, and short life span, which directly lead to poor lighting effects in highway tunnels. Can not meet the lighting requirements of highway tunnels, seriously affecting driving safety.

Tunnel lighting fixtures should meet the following requirements:

1. It should have complete photometric data and carry out scientific and reasonable optical design;

2. At least meet the requirements of IP65 protection level;

3. The combined parts of the lamp should have sufficient mechanical strength to meet the requirements of earthquake resistance;

4. The materials and components of the lamp should have rust resistance and corrosion resistance;

5. The structure of the lamp should provide convenience for maintenance and replacement.
