First, the problems in the application of LED Lights

3, Water get into the products easily, resulting in short-circuit damage to the electronic source device.
4, The product is not moisture-proof. The temperature difference is too large so that the glass surface will have water mist which will affect the lighting effect.
5, The price and quality problem, and ultimately consumers lose confidence in LED product.
High level luminaires have already solved the above problems:
1 Driver and light source, install separately so that the heat between the power supply and the light source will not be superimposed, and the heat dissipation is more direct and effective. It greatly extends the service life of the driver and the light source.
2. After the lens is sealed, the electrical components are completely isolated from the air. At this time, the waterproof rating can reach IP67.
3.There are ventilation holes at both ends of the plug, and there is no water hole or water vapor inside, so will not affect the light effect.
4. The power supply is sealed by epoxy resin, and there is no water ingress.
5. All the solder joints in the lamp body are sealed with high-efficiency waterproof silicon glue.
